Our Policies at Northgate Motor Lodge

Payment
Credit card details are taken to secure bookings only. No pre-payment is taken. Payment of the balance will be required from guests on check in. A deposit may be required during peak times or main events to secure guests booking. Noise Levels: No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Cancellation
A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. All cancellations with less notice may incur a charge of one nights tariff at management discretion.. Non-arrival without cancellation will incur a charge of no less than one full nights tariff. For group bookings a non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. If your booking has been made through any third party sites (booking.com expedia wotif etc) their cancellation policy will apply. Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers a no cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes permitted. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing. Refunds will only be made the to the credit card debited for the original transaction.

Child

Families with children are more than welcome at Northgate Motor Lodge. Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure the respect and privacy for other motel guests.
